Eric Gilbert is a husband, father, pastor, and leader with a heart for rural communities.
Serving as the founding and senior pastor of 3trees church, a multi-site church in Kentucky, he has now been in full-time ministry for over 20 years and travels quite extensively preaching at churches and conferences; preaching over 6,500 times since 1998. He is passionate about equipping people with the Word so that they may be empowered by the Spirit.
Eric is also the Executive Director of Captivate.Global; a church planting and outreach ministry that reaches from Kentucky to China -- and beyond -- with a variety of diverse ministry endeavors. He also leads Curation Committee, LLC; a consultation service specializing in leadership development, staff structuring, rebranding, and church growth strategies. As well, he is a part of the Ministry Leaders Advisory Council of Oral Roberts University and the Board of Directors for Serving Paraguay Children's Home.
Eric is married to his high school sweetheart, Mandy. They have lived their entire lives in south-central Kentucky. Together, they enjoy trout fishing with their two children, Dawson and Natalie. And, Mandy is especially fond of spending time with her horses when she isn't engaged in serving alongside Eric at 3trees Church (Creative Director), Captivate.Global (Communications Director), and Curation Committee, LLC (Creative Consultant).
