Eric & Mandy Gilbert are high school sweethearts who have lived their entire lives in south-central Kentucky.  Eric greatly enjoys trout fishing and Mandy is especially fond of spending time with her horses.  They have two teenage children, Dawson who is quite the basketball player, and Natalie who is a budding entrepreneur.

Specific to Eric & Mandy as individuals:

Eric has a passion for impacting hometowns; especially, within the state of Kentucky. Serving as the founding and senior pastor of our church, 3trees Church (a multi-site church in Kentucky), he has now been in full-time ministry for over 20 years.  He also continues to travel quite extensively speaking at churches and conferences; having preached over 7,000 times since 1998. Eric is passionate about equipping people with the Word so that they may be empowered by the Holy Spirit.  He is honored to be a part of the Ministry Leaders Advisory Council of Oral Roberts University and the Board of Directors for Serving Paraguay Children's Home.

Mandy loves outreach ministry and graphic design.  She serves as the Creative Director of 3trees Church and the Executive Director of Captivate.Global, Inc.  Captivate is the outreach arm of 3trees Church specializing in funding church plants and outreach ministry with a variety of diverse global need-meeting ministry endeavors and partnerships. To date, Captivate has sponsored over 25 church plants in China and monthly feeds hundreds of children across the world. As well, each week, Captivate sends the message of the Gospel all across Kentucky and beyond through multiple radio, TV, and podcasting outlets.

Together, Eric & Mandy also lead Curation Committee, LLC; a consultation service specializing in leadership development, staff structuring, rebranding, and church growth strategies.

They are passionately in love and that love is displayed in everything they do, from shared office spaces to private prayer times. We are thankful for their ministries and we are grateful to have them as our pastoral family.
