Eric Gilbert is a husband, father, pastor, and leader with a heart for rural communities and leadership development. He is passionate about seeking the lost and discipling the found so that believers can be equipped by the Word and empowered by the Holy Spirit. 

 

Serving as the founding and senior pastor of 3trees church–a multi-site church in Kentucky–he has been in full-time ministry for over 20 years. He continues to travel preaching at churches, colleges, and conferences–delivering the Gospel over 7,500 times since 1998. 

 

Eric also serves as the Chief Strategic Officer of the outreach ministry, Captivate.Global, Inc., and he is the Executive Director of TTC Media, Inc., a discipleship-oriented content creation organization. Additionally, he leads a consulting business while continuing to serve as president, chairman, board member, and/or managing partner of several other entities.

Eric holds a Certificate of Master Class in Ministry (Pastor's University; Baton Rouge, LA) and a Master's Degree in Practical Theology (Oral Roberts University; Tulsa, OK).

Eric is married to his high school sweetheart, Mandy.  They have lived their entire lives in south-central Kentucky. Together, they get to do life and ministry with their two children–Dawson, one of the top high school Freshman basketball players in the state of Kentucky, and Natalie, an FBLA state champion graphic designer and budding entrepreneur.
